I’m a storyteller, former technical writer, trained pastry chef, award-winning chocolatier of Gateau et Ganache Fine Chocolates & Confections, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for good food. I’ve had careers in the tech and food worlds, so basically, I’m a creative type with a geeky side.

When I’m not eating, writing or thinking about food, I’m trying out new recipes, fantasizing about the ideal kitchen, collecting house porn design magazines, enjoying live music (Fillmore? dive bar? hello!), on a never-ending quest for the perfect pair of boots, and loving life in my little corner of the Bay Area.
